Our 4-day stay at the hotel was just amazing. The room was very nice with good views of Chennai city. The cleaning service was top notch. The service staff were polite and helpful, and all of our needs were met on time. Breakfast buffet had lot of varieties and tasted incredible. The staff Adarsh and all other staff were warm, kind and took great care of us. The senior staff made sure we were comfortable.
Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and all other places in Chennai was accessible from this location. The front office staff were very cordial and professional.

We are quite regular to Grand Mercure from almost 6yrs. Amazing staff and food was good. Now, they have opened ‘The Verandah’ at this new restaurant food is delicious. The staff is Very attentive. Coming to the rooms, they are quite spacious, with balconies. Check-in process was smooth and late check-out was helpful. Hope the staff continues to keep the good work consistent. Kudos to the entire team.

I recently visited Bangalore on a personal trip and had a great stay at this property. It was maintained well. It is located in a peaceful residential area and very close to the park with ideal for jogging. I had a great time; it was like a home away home. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are very nice especially the spa. Looking forward for my next visit soon.
