We are quite regular to Grand Mercure from almost 6yrs. Amazing staff and food was good. Now, they have opened ‘The Verandah’ at this new restaurant food is delicious. The staff is Very attentive. Coming to the rooms, they are quite spacious, with balconies. Check-in process was smooth and late check-out was helpful. Hope the staff continues to keep the good work consistent. Kudos to the entire team.
